永 (yong3, in mandarin)...it's the character for "eternity" as a bit of trivia, it contains all the fundamental strokes of brush writing (heng, shu, pie, na, etc.)
琪 (qi2, in mandarin)..."angel"...it also (obscurely) refers to a white gemstone
so julian/wing-kei is forever an angel! even when he's spitting up on you and putting metal objects in electrical sockets!
Jeff basically covered it up there. My mom said that the second character has something to do with rare jade, and the combination Wing-Kei is actually the name of a Chinese prince.
My parents have been referring to him as Kei Kei, which is really cute!
