what does wing-kei mean? did you post that somewhere and i just missed it?
thanks for posting the characters guys...I'll geek out here for the crowd:
永 (yong3, in mandarin)...it's the character for "eternity" as a bit of trivia, it contains all the fundamental strokes of brush writing (heng, shu, pie, na, etc.)
琪 (qi2, in mandarin)..."angel"...it also (obscurely) refers to a white gemstone
so julian/wing-kei is forever an angel! even when he's spitting up on you and putting metal objects in electrical sockets!
oh, by the way, I'm "Jeff U" when i'm not being hapax...in case that isn't obvious...
Jeff basically covered it up there. My mom said that the second character has something to do with rare jade, and the combination Wing-Kei is actually the name of a Chinese prince.
My parents have been referring to him as Kei Kei, which is really cute!
