playdates (Nov and Dec)

Will, who is about a week younger than J, has been at the same daycare as him ever since J started there last Feb. As soon as they were mobile, they clearly expressed an affinity for each other, so much so that the staff has made an effort to transition them between rooms together, and keep them in the same toddler room when they could have been split up.

These days, we are making an effort to see Will and his parents outside of school as well. On their first playdate, at Halloween, his parents had us over for dinner.



Their second playdate was in December, and we hosted them at our place. As you can see, they are getting more talkative....



Last week, we dropped J off at Will's place so that we could go out with friends for my (Wedge's) birthday. They were so busy having fun that they refused to nap, and crashed hardcore when we picked J up at around 3:30pm.
